If you would like to return your item and it is not a warranty issue (e.g. change of mind) you are welcome to return it to our store address and we will provide a store credit. The store credit amount will be the original amount you paid less our actual costs for shipping and handling the original order.
Returns are accepted 7 days from date you receive the order. All you need to do is initiate the return within 7 days of receiving your order.
All items returned must be in brand new, unused condition in original packaging. The item must not show any signs of use or be marked.

If you would like to cancel an order before it has shipped you can email us and request we cancel it. If we can intercept the order before we ship it we will issue you with a full store credit for the purchase price you paid which you can use immediately or at a future date.
Please Note: We do not offer refunds for returns or cancellations, we only offer store credits.
