• This product is shipped directly to you from our supplier and may arrive separately to other items in your order.
• Your purchase of this product is subject to availability with our supplier. In the event that the product you purchase is not available we will contact you to advise when the product will be available and confirm if this timeframe suits your needs. If this timeframe isn't suitable we will suggest an alternative equivalent or superior product at no extra cost. If you are not satisfied with this suggestion we will provide a complete and immediate refund.

Australia Wide Shipping

• TDG Scooters charges a $10 flat rate for orders up to 4kg. $2.50 is charged for every additional kilogram. Order weights are rounded up to the nearest kilogram.
• Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be packed and dispatched.
• Each order has a tracking code which will be sent to you via email once the tracking number is created. If you are having difficulty tracking your order please contact us here.
• Delivery typically takes between 2 and 12 business days. This is in addition to the time required to pack and dispatch the order.

International Shipping

• For international orders shipping is calculated per cart. There is no flat rate or discount available at this time although we are working on it!
• Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be packed and dispatched.
• Each order has a tracking code. You can track orders by navigating to My Account > My Orders. If you are having difficulty tracking your order please contact us here.
• Delivery typically takes between 10 and 30 business days. This is in addition to the time required to pack and dispatch the order. Contact us here if you need us to provide a more accurate timeframe.
• Taxes and import fees or similar applicable in the destination country are not covered by TDG Scooters.
